A description of the Linen Road garment will always include the applicable sizing, measurements and whether the garment is a generous size or not.
The sizes Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large are based on Australian sizing relating to a 10, 12, 14 and 16 approximately. This can vary depending on the style, whether a generous cut or not and we will advise in the description accordingly.
However, there is no hard and fast rule and as such we will include measurements where applicable with approximate fit.
POSTAGE & DESPATCH
There is a flat postage fee of $10.00 applicable for garments posted to an address within Australia for orders under $150. Postage is free for all purchases over $150
The linen items will be sent in Australia Post satchels taking 2-3 working days to deliver. Linen Road items being despatched to the customer’s address are not insured and once the parcel has been posted with a tracking number forwarded to the purchaser, no responsibility is taken.
The relevant Australia Post tracking number will be emailed on despatch.
It is important to note in the current climate as at 1 October 2020 that with more irregular stock deliveries and difficulty in sourcing specific styles sizes and colours Linen Road items will be despatched within 3-5 working days after payment has been received. Purchasers will be updated should there be a lengthy delay fulfilling an order with an option to cancel the order for an immediate refund Linen Road will do everything within its power to keep up the stock levels of all our linen styles

If on receipt of your Linen Road garment/s you find the size or colour unsuitable please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or send a text message (no voicemails) to Janette at 0438 415 153 and you should expect a reply within that working day.
If the customer requires a simple exchange of size and/or colour we will advise whether it is available. If it’s not possible to exchange due to stock runout a credit note will be issued for an alternative purchase or a refund.
Should the Linen Road garment arrive damaged we will discuss a refund dependent on the condition of the garment when returned – unworn with tag attached, or damaged with limited wear.
Linen Road will always endeavour to make sure the customer is happy with their linen purchase and are here to make the process stress free, only selling Linen Road garment/s in new condition, checked before despatch, but happy to discuss any garment faults detected by the customer.
